1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.
- Custom-mixed paints and clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service at 017-546 5201 or brushworks.depot@outlook.com to request a return authorization.
- Securely pack the product and send it back to our return address.
- Once inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
4. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. For exchanges, contact our support team.
